Delivery Time

• Karachi: 1–3 business days

• Other Cities: 3–7 business days

• Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

• A flat shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

• Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or on qualifying orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable), allowing you to track your shipment.

Incorrect Address

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address along with a valid phone number. Stitch Kari is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
